Working Principle of Jiangmen Electric Push Rod
After the motor is decelerated by gear, a pair of screw nuts are driven. The rotating motion of the motor is transformed into linear motion, and the push rod motion is completed by the positive and negative rotation of the motor. For example, through various levers, rockers or connecting rods and other mechanisms, complex movements such as rotation and shaking can be completed. By changing the length of lever arm, the stroke can be increased or reduced.
Travel Control Device
Worm wheel and worm drive form: the worm on the motor gear drives the worm wheel to rotate, so that the small screw in the worm wheel moves axially, and the connecting plate drives the limit rod to move axially accordingly. When the required stroke is reached, the motor stops running by adjusting the limit block to press down the stroke switch to power off (the positive and negative control is the same).
Gear transmission form: the motor drives the small screw installed in the inner tube after the reducer gear, drives the nut connected with it to do the axial operation, and when the set stroke, the nut antenna presses the limit switch to disconnect the power supply, and the motor stops moving (the reverse is the same).
Optional distribution potentiometer can be used to display the running state of the push rod, and encoder can be added to realize the complete journey in several steps (i.e., stop and go).
